Becky Merrick was born and raised in North Carolina. She graduated from UNCG with a degree in the education of the deaf and hard of hearing in 2007. She graduated from NC State with a master's in special education in 2009. She has been teaching since 2009 in special education. She currently lives in Louisburg with her family.

Erica Mills is entering her 3rd year as an EC Adaptive Teacher at Long Mill Elementary. She was born and raised in Raleigh, NC where she attended Meredith College and obtained her BA in Psychology! Erica has been in childcare for 22 years. She currently resides in Franklinton with her husband James and their 14 y/o son, Parker. Erica has a passion for people, photography, music, & animals!

Carrla Perry has been and Exceptional Children's teacher for 31 years. She graduated from East Carolina University. Her passion has always been for students who face challenges and conquer them. She enjoys going to the lake and spending time with her family!

Ms. Jaleesa Davis is a 4th-year Special Education Resource Teacher at Long Mill Elementary School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Special Education, General Curriculum from East Carolina University in 2022. She has worked for Franklin County Schools since 2015, and previously worked as an Exceptional Children's Instructional Assistant(IA) at Cedar Creek Middle School, as well as a Kindergarten/1st grade IA at Long Mill before transitioning into her current position. She is a mother of 4, she's very family-oriented, and her hobbies include traveling, crafting, and designing.
